The celebrities geared up for last nights taping of the 2012 BET Honors. This years event was hosted by Gabrielle Union and I hear she did not disappoint. This years honorees were: Stevie Wonder, Tuskegee Airman, Maya Angelou, Spike Lee, Mariah Carey and Beverly Kearney. Michelle Obama graced the BET staged with her presence. Michelle shared the stage with two of the most iconic women in black entertainment. She was introduced by Cicely Tyson and she presented to Maya Angelou. The show will be broadcasted for public viewing on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 9:00pm on BET.
