Rihanna recently said that she’d like to design her own line and she’s also set to star in a new fashion reality TV show in the UK. Another line for Armani is a step in the right direction.

Spike Lee was spotted court side sporting Knicks’ Foamposites watching the Heat vs Knicks game.
The Knicks failed to rally a win, losing to the Heat 87-70. It was rumored that Amar’e could possible return for game four, but no team has come back to win a playoff face to face with a three game deficit. LeBron scored 32 points and Melo scored 22.
Would You Rock Marc Jacobs’ Spring/Summer 2012 Color Block Collection? (Fellas and Ladies)

This post initially started off as a Marc Jacobs’ color blocking post for the ladies. Then I came across these sweaters and I just threw them in for the heck of it. I must say, I don’t know where he’s going with this, but I wish he would quit while he’s ahead because d*mn. Don’t get me wrong, he was cool until he got to these sweaters for men. They are just too much. You know what? Chris Brown would rock something like this real willy nilly like, but I digress.
Now some of the color block shoes for the ladies are duly rockable. They have an awkward kind look that I’m a bit intrigue with. The green and white ones are giving me a Mary Jane vibe and I love Mary Janes…..the shoes, but again, I digress. What do you think? Are you feeling any of Marc’s Spring/Summer 2012 color block collection?

CoCo and Breezy Land Collaboration Deal with Adidas

Adidas has enlisted the help of design duo Coco and Breezy for the US edition of its international project encouraging consumers to embrace their inner creator and customize their own unique designs.
The project is part of the sportswear brand’s Originals White Space Project, which sees “white spaces” set up in cities across the globe including New York, Berlin, Milan, Beijing, Tokyo, Oslo, São Paulo, Athens and Bogota for shoppers to express themselves.
For the New York edition on April 24, twin sister design team Coco and Breezy, whose designs have been worn by the likes of Kelly Osbourne and Nicki Minaj, will be on hand to offer styling tips. Watch them showcasing some of their customized creations.
Shoppers will receive a trefoil T-shirt to customize with crystals, studs and garments, with photo booths set up to allow consumers to share their designs via social networking sites — the most impressive creations are posted online at Adidas.com. Adidas isn’t the only brand to embark on a global project aimed at inspiring self-expression this spring; on May 15 beauty giant The Body Shop launches its Beauty With Heart movement. The campaign aims to empower people across the globe to “Look Good, Feel Good And Do Good” via a new store experience called Pulse, where highlights will include free makeovers and inspirational bulletin boards. The Body Shop is one of my favs.

Venus Williams Relaunches Clothing Line “EleVen”

Venus Williams has resurrected her clothing line, EleVen by Venus Williams. The line was forced into a four year hiatus retailer Steve & Barry’s went bankrupt.
The athletic line was unveiled for the first time Monday. It features a form-fitting dress, tops, bottoms and crop-top style bras. Men have options too. She offers a line for the male under the same brand with T-shirts and shorts.
Venus told journalists at Miami’s Bath Club that she was inspired by her love for “art and watercolor”, and has incorporated her own original prints into the Spring 2012 collection.
She has also added ‘unexpected extras’ into her designs, such as a small rose-gold metal charm which dangles from a selection of camisoles and tanks.
In Miss Williams’ website description of her geometric prints, she cited Derek Lam and Cynthia Rowley as inspiration, hailing them ‘textile specialists’.
While the majority of the collection has been stitched with spandex jersey and polyester, Venus has also designed some V-neck tees made from 100% jersey.
Not forgetting her love for the game of tennis, Venus has a print that features the phrase, ‘Oh and Oh’, is a play on the game’s scoring system. Venus says, “Our next step is to show other players wearing it.” That’s her ultimate goal.

I know I’m a little late, but not everyone has seen them……….
These are from Christian Louboutin’s 20th Anniversary Capsule Collection. The line is available now at Selfridges‘ Concept Store in London, UK. Louboutin has unveiled a new capsule collection, to celebrate his 20th anniversary in fashion. The 20 styles are inspired by his most famous and best-loved styles, features a mixture of flats (including mannish brogues and summer sandals), and his signature towering heels, from thigh-high boots and studded platforms to dainty stilettos adorned with pretty bows. Most of these are definitely rockable. This is definitely a winning line that j’adore. Well, which ones rock or kick rocks? Hover over the pic to see the name of the shoes and the UK price.
