A woman stabbed the father of her children several times on Sunday evening when he gave her a cheap mother’s day present that she did not like.

Paige Parkerson, 20, from Jefferson County, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of her live-in boyfriend Clifton JR Barkin, 22.

Police were called to the house by his mother Evetta Wright, shortly after she got a phone call from Parkerson allegedly confessing to the crime.

She told the Houston Chronicle: ‘Paige told me she killed JR, that he was dead.’

Mrs Wright had just dropped her son off at the house at 11.30pm on Sunday and that was after taking him to Wal-Mart to buy flowers and a Mother’s Day card for Paige.

Barkin, 22, was stabbed several times and died just after midnight  in the backyard of his yellow rental house.

Mrs Wright said she believes Parkerson expected a more expensive gift, such as jewelry.

The couple’s two sons were asleep at home during the incident. Both are now with relatives.

She is being held at Jefferson County Jail on $75,000 bond.

The two wives of a fallen soldier find out that he was married to them at the same time.

But the relationship between the two women has turned ugly after the soldier’s first wife received the folded flag for Army Specialist Moises J Gonzalez – and the second accused her of coming forward ‘for the benefits’.

The 29-year-old soldier was killed in a road accident in Afghanistan on April 25. He leaves three sons – one by each of his wives and a third by another woman.

He married Darlene Garcia in 2003 in Los Angeles and the couple had a son. In 2010, he married Ruth Bayona of Bakersfield, California, in Las Vegas with whom he also went on to have a son, Moises Jr.

Ms. Bayona today angrily said Ms Garcia should not have received the folded flag honouring Gonzalez.

She told KGETV: ‘This woman hasn’t been in his life for years and the only reason she’s coming out right now is because of the benefits.’

‘I was with him during thick and thin for three years and he’s not here to say anything to explain himself. I should get the flag, not her.’

The identity of the mother of his third son was unknown as was when the couple had the child.

Neither wife had been aware of the other’s existence but sat together in the front pew at Saint Matthias Catholic Church in Huntington Park yesterday.

They exchanged no more than a glance and did not try to comfort each other but sat at opposite ends of the row, tending to their sons.

The first Mrs. Gonzalez was too overcome with emotion following the funeral but the soldier’s second Ruth Bayone told Channel 17: ‘I’m sad, but I know in my heart that’s not him. I feel like he’s still in Afghanistan, that’s how I feel.’

She told the station that she only realized that she was not her husband’s only wife from another soldier, when she went to claim his body.

At the Inglewood cemetery, Sgt Gonalez was buried near his grandparents.

Ruth Bayona sat with her late husband’s father Carlos Gonzalez who told the TV station that his son was a ‘good boy’, while Darlene Garcia sat separately.

The soldier’s folded flag was presented to his first wife who will also receive his Army benefits.

This is really crazy.  He had a wedding in 2010….that had to weird for his family, knowing he was already married to wifey number one.

woman who found thrown away lottery ticket ordered to return it (1)

An Arkansas woman who cashed a $1 million lottery ticket may have to give up the winnings to a woman who threw away the ticket after she bought it, according to a judge’s ruling Tuesday.

The judge decided that Sharon Duncan (seen above in the darker blue) was entitled to the prize money, not Sharon Jones, who claimed the prize money after she took the ticket from a trash can of discarded lottery tickets at a convenience store in Beebe, a city about 40 miles northeast of Little Rock.

Jones’ attorney, James Simpson, said he plans to appeal. Jones had testified that she already spent some of the money on a new truck and cash gifts to her children.

Simpson noted that Duncan testified she threw away the ticket after the read-out on a ticket scanner said, “Sorry. Not a winner.” The attorney argued that people shouldn’t be allowed to throw items away and then say, “‘ooh, I want to un-abandon it.’”

“We’d have garage-sale law all over the place,” he said. “It became trash when someone threw it away.”

White County judge Thomas Hughes, however, said Jones never met the burden of proof that Duncan abandoned her right to claim $1 million.

“The $1 million was never found money,” Hughes said.

Earlier Tuesday, Jones testified that she gathered a handful of discarded tickets from the trash can — as she had done many times before — and said there was no sign alerting customers not to take tickets.

That contradicted Super 1 Stop store manager Lisa Petriches’ earlier testimony that she had taped a sign that read “Do not take” on the can. But a former store clerk testified that Petriches posted the sign only after Jones claimed the prize.

Petriches brought the lawsuit against Jones, and Duncan joined it after the judge said at a January hearing that she may be the true owner of the ticket. Hughes ruled that Petriches and the store’s owner, Louie Dajani — whose corporation, Summer One LLC, joined the suit — weren’t entitled to anything.

The judge instructed the winning side to write the judgment for his signature, and it will become official once Hughes signs it. Jones’ attorneys will then have 30 days to file an appeal.

Hughes found that the evidence weighed in Duncan’s favor that she bought the winning ticket, even though lottery records and store security video didn’t synch up to the precise timing of the purchase.

Arkansas Lottery Security Chief Lance Huey testified that he investigated the circumstances of the ticket falling into Jones’ hands. He said the lottery was satisfied with the investigation and awarded the prize.

Duncan’s attorney, James “Red” Morgan, argued that she simply made a mistake by throwing away a $1 million ticket and that the only right she willingly parted with was to enter the ticket for the possibility of a secondary prize.

After reading this, I didn’t see any evidence that the lady that claims she lost the ticket is the rightful owner.  Do you?  I’d appeal it too; all while I’m driving around in my new truck.  However, I would be all for the person who lost it, if she really did lose it.  Unless there’s more to the story; I’m just not convinced she is the person that accidentally threw the ticket away.

A woman who was previously arrested for forcing a man to have sex with her eight times has been caught again.

This time it was an African man, who was found crying in the street outside her apartment by police after a 36-hour ordeal.

He fought back his tears to tell them what had happened.  He told officers, “I met her on a bus. She invited me back here. Oh God, it was hell. I can’t walk.  Please help me.”  He managed to escape when she fell asleep.  I bet his azz wont go home with another strange big woman again.

Her first victim Dieter Schulz, 43, met her in a bar.  She reportedly took him back to her apartment and they had sex several times.

When the woman demanded more, the man said no.  “He complied with the woman’s wishes another few times so he could finally leave the apartment, but when he continued to refuse and she demanded even more sex from him, he fled to the balcony.”

Mr. Schulz called the police for help and by this time the life was d*mn near sucked out of him.  “You have got to help me, She is trying to kill me with sex. I cannot get out – and I can not go on!”

It’s no surprise at all that the woman who is believed to be 47, has now been taken into a hospital for psychiatric observation.

Oh but wait there’s more.  When police arrived to question the woman and free Schulz she invited two officers to join her in bed for a “quickie.”

They declined.

I can’t even muster up the words.  A real live succubus!!

Stephanie Paparo, 28,  was at a WaWa convenience store in Deleware when a shopper unknowingly dropped two bundles of cash as he reached into his pocket while trying to buy water and a snack.

After he left the store, video footage shows a woman reaching down and grabbing the money. She then looked around the store to make sure no one spotted her, and left the scene.

The victim, Jim Duffy, had planned to use the money for a down payment on a new car, according to local broadcaster WWLP.

When the footage was broadcast on the local news, police received several anonymous tips that led them to Paparo. She was taken into custody on Tuesday night and authorities told the NBC affiliate that she has confessed to the crime.

The mom of three claimed she spent some of the money on her children and used the rest to cover overdue rent. She has has been charged with misdemeanor counts of theft and receiving stolen property and was released on $10,000 bail, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

“She saw it. She knew whose money it was,” Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood told the paper. “She didn’t make any effort to return the money to the individual. It’s a theft.”

What do you think? Does “Finders Keepers” still apply if you watch someone lose something and stand by and say nothing?

Man Forced to Moonwalk at Gunpoint

An Idaho man has been charged with assault after authorities say he ordered another man to perform the “moonwalk” at gunpoint.

The Bonner County Daily Bee  reports 30-year-old John Ernest Cross was charged with the felony Tuesday in 1st District Court and appointed a public defender.

Police say they were called Monday to Cross’ home in Clark Fork after getting a report that he pointed a rifle at another man and demanded that the man perform the dance move popularized by Michael Jackson in the 1980s.

Investigators accuse Cross of using a semiautomatic rifle during the episode, but Cross claimed during his initial court appearance this week that the firearm was simply a pellet gun.

No words…..as you were.

A brawl involving 30 women over a facebook post leaves two women in critical condition.

More than 30 women gathered for an arranged fight at a Sacramento-area parking lot, swinging fists, baseball bats and broken glass. The brawl left two women in critical condition.

Police believe one of the women had recently discovered her husband was cheating and saw Facebook posts made by his alleged mistress about an affair.

The two women were to meet at an intersection in Del Paso Heights at 4pm on Sunday. News of the meet and beat got out, which prompted dozens of others to show up to watch the spectacle.

By the time police showed up everyone had scattered.  The police would not disclose what the posts said or the names of the women involved.  However, they say, “It was about infidelities, some types of postings about those things, it obviously got her upset enough to want to fight the woman. It turned into a bit of a melee.”

The two people hurt required stitches after they were apparently hit with baseball bats.  One women broke a glass candle holder from a roadside memorial and used it as a weapon.

A witness told police the two women to the convenience store across the street to buy drinks, “They looked angry and tired, I guess from fighting.”

Photo: Love Bacon? See First Bacon Coffin

Bacon Coffin

I like bacon just as much as the next person, but to be buried in one is a bit over the top.

There are all sorts of unusual caskets out there: motorcycles, iPhones, tanks, Star Trek themes and many more. J&D’s Foods thought one was missing, thus the world’s first Bacon Coffin.

Yes, you read that correctly, a casket for people who love bacon to death. Luckily, it’s not really wrapped in pork slices.

“Bacon Coffins” are finished with a painted bacon and pork shading and accented with gold stationary handles. Inside is an adjustable bed and mattress, a bacon memorial tube and ivory crepe coffin linens.

For $2,999.95, a Bacon Coffin could be yours. If you’d like to actually order a Bacon Coffin from the “Bacontrepreneurs,” as the two founders refer to themselves.

J&D’s Foods reports roughly 56 million people die per year worldwide, 2.4 million in the U.S. alone, and 99 percent were bacon lovers.

Like me, you may be wondering how in the world did Bacon Coffin ever came about? J&D’s Foods website says the founders (Justin and Dave) worked together in a small technology company. While on a business trip, they chatted over dinner and that conversation turned into “a mutual love of bacon.” The pair decided they wanted to make Bacon Salt and made it a reality in 2007.

So, there you have it. Bacon Coffin. Oh, and “No returns accepted.”

I assure you he wont stay long!! LMAO

Burger King has begun testing home delivery.  Testing began in the fall at four of its restaurants in the Washington, D.C. area.  They are also testing three in Maryland and one in Virginia. The fast-food giant will be looking into covering a wider area. I’m not sure if that will be go off well, but they feel they have things covered.

Burger King says it developed a “proprietary thermal packaging technology.”  Sounds like a fancy way of saying aluminum foil, but okay.  They say the packaging will enable the customer to get their Whopper hot and fresh, and their french fries are delivered hot and crispy.”

I already complain if my fries are cold when they finally get to me when I am right there in the restaurant.  I doubt very seriously if the fries are going be on point once they get to the customer s home.  The burgers or sandwiches may travel well. On the other hand, that same time is taken when you travel from the drive thru to home.  With that said maybe it will work.

Any who, during their test run, there is a $2 delivery fee and a requirement that the minimum orders are between $8 to $10.  The stores try to deliver within 30 minutes of the time the order was phoned in or ordered online.  They also require that customers live a 10-minute driving distance of the store.  They don’t use cups for their drinks, they sell their drinks in bottles.   They do not deliver breakfast and the hours are between 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

A Georgia elementary school is under fire for giving their 3rd grade students homework that referred to slaves and beatings. They claim that the questions were asked in an attempt to mix social studies with math. One ignorant question asked, “Each tree had 56 oranges. If eight slaves pick them equally, then how much would each slave pick?” The h*ll???

In another question they were asked, “If Frederick got two beatings per day, how many beatings did he get in one week?” Ummm, so are they talking about Fredrick Douglas? What kind of nonsense is this?  I’m not buying their Bee Ess excuse.

I see the person that compiled these questions as being racially insensitive or crazy. It sounds like these teachers are in need of racial sensitivity training…..and I mean pronto. What do you think?
