Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have decided to sell their Calabasas compound, The Real Estalker is reporting. via RadarOnline.
Will told Architectural Digest, which featured the property in 2011, that the house’s circular floor plan was designed to “create an infinite cycle that represented what Jada and I hoped for our love.”
The report of the “whisper listing” came after Will and Jada recently sold their posh, three-bedroom vacation home in Hawaii to Russian billionaire Dmitry Ryboloviev for $20 million.
“This is false. Their home is not on the market,” publicist Karynne Tencer told the Daily News.
The compound was featured in Architectural Digest two years ago. Seen in Gallery Below:
The breathtaking property which features a man-made lake, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and a hotel-size pool is only being sold for 42 Million. Some say this is way less than it’s worth, and I have to agree. Their estate is massive.
The Smiths sold their Hawaii estate, on the island of Kauai , for $20 million in December, 2011.
They still have their estate in Bryn Mawr, PA.
