Anyway, Ron Howard's "Made in America" documentary about Jay Z and what went down behind the scenes while he curated last years music festival in Philly, will air on Oct. 11 on Showtime. The film will actually make it's first debut at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sept. 7 th. The doc is labeled as an exclusive backstage pass to get a bird's eye view at how the performers really make it in America
Jay-Z's "Budweiser Made in America" festival first went down Labor Day weekend last year. Around 50,000 fans attended the two-day event with performances by Pearl Jam, Drake, Run DMC, Skrillex, D'Angelo and Calvin Harris.
This year's fest kicks off tomorrow or Saturday, August 31st. This years performances will include Beyonce, Nine Inch Nails, Imagine Dragons, Deadmau5, Kendrick Lamar and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis.
