Christina Milian and The Dream are officially divorced. Their divorce was actually finalized this week. The settlement was not disclosed, but it is rumored that she received a $4 million settlement plus $5000 per month in child support. This she has vehemently denied.

You may recall The Dream’s sordid discretion’s all up on the beaches of Hawaii, as well as the blogs. HERE  Oh well, a beautiful little girl came out of this brief union.

Lets hope this matter turns out okay.  Think of the possibilities.  Hepatitis and HIV.  I know some would say she can’t catch HIV from saliva.  They say you can’t, but you can get it from blood.  Think about.  This is a nasty situation.  They need to close that place until they find out whose gum it is and have them tested.  Nothing good will come out of this filth.  Real talk.

Christina Milian got a little something extra at an L.A. restaurant last week … after she took a bite of her Kobe beef salad … and allegedly got a mouthful of A.B.C gum.

Sources close to Christina tell TMZ …  she was out to dinner at Mexicali restaurant in Studio City … and halfway through her salad, she felt a weird, chewy substance in her mouth.

Christina spit it out, and looked in horror as she eyed a giant wad of chewed gum. She then made a beeline for the bathroom and threw up.

We’re told the restaurant comped her meal. But Christina is still freaked out about what happened, and filed a complaint with the L.A. Department of Health.

TMZ spoke with a rep for the Dept., who confirmed a complaint was indeed filed.

Christina tells TMZ, she’s lookin’ for a lawyer, but says, “The most important thing to me is to make sure my health is okay. Ever since the incident I have not eaten out.”

BTW, A.B.C means already been chewed

Christina Milian and daughter Violet Madison Nash were spotted at Fred Segal yesterday.  Violet seemed to like the $250.00 leopard print Prada high-top sneakers. 

I wont lie, I use to buy my baby expensive stuff.  Then  only to realize that they only wear them a short time before they grow out of them.  She’ll learn.  Then again, she has money like that.  Must be nice huh?

BTW, Christina is rocking a pair of YSL platforms.

If she gets a boyfriend she’s cut off and she wants a piece of the loot The Dream is getting out of Justin Bieber.  I’ve never heard of anyone having a divorce settlement with a clause about dating.  Their settlement makes me wonder how in the heck Nas got the settlement he got.  Of course Nas and Kelis were married longer, but still their settlement was excessive.  Finally the real details of the divorce follow:

RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned music producer Terius “The-Dream” Nash wants to back out of an agreed deal with his soon-to-be ex-wife that would have given her 10 percent of his earnings on Bieber’s hit ‘Baby’ — which he co-wrote.

Now Milian has gone to a Georgia court attempting to have a judge enforce a settlement agreement the pair struck in October, last year.

In a letter sent to Milian’s attorney Randy Kessler, dated January 13, “The-Dream’s” attorney claims that the multi-million dollar producer acted in “good faith” in an effort to “finalize this matter in a manner that would allow each person to do so with dignity and grace”.

But that hasn’t “been appreciated… we apparently do not have an agreement,” the lawyer wrote to Kessler.

Kessler, who also represented Tameka Foster in her divorce from R&B star Usher, told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview — “a deal is a deal.”

“Justin Bieber is not the issue here… Ms. Flores simply wants Mr. Nash to adhere to what he previously agreed upon,” he said.

According to the settlement transcript obtained by RadarOnline.com, Milian and “The-Dream” — who filed for divorce nine days before Milian gave birth to the couple’s daughter, Violet — agreed to the following:

• Visitation and parenting time with the couple’s daughter will be negotiated by both parties, but the view and goal is to have Mr. Nash able to spend as much of the time as he wants with the child, up to 50 percent, as the parties can best work out
• Milian will receive $10,000 a month in child support which includes a $6,500 a month payment and up to $3,500 a month for day care, nanny and private school
• Milian will receive $3,500 a month in alimony for two years or upon remarriage or proof of a meretricious relationship with the opposite sex lasting at least 60 days
• Milian will receive 10 percent of the Justin Bieber single, Baby
• Milian will receive free and clear a Mercedes G55
• Milian and Nash will keep their own possessions, jewelry, the gifts that the other one gave them, their personal effects and each will retain title to their businesses that they currently own and operate.

The pair agreed to the deal on October 26, last year, during a four hour settlement conference.

After hammering out the agreement, as outlined by a court reporter, Kessler asked both Milian and Nash: “Do you both agree that this is the final agreement between the two of you resolving all issues of your divorce?”

Both Milian and Nash stated for the record: “Yes.”

Kessler has filed a motion with the court to enforce that settlement agreement, arguing Nash entered into an “enforceable agreement” as substantiated by the on the record transcript.

Kessler states, “in the event that there is an impasse, then this record may be used by the court to facilitate the enforcement of an agreement or as the agreement itself, whatever the court find appropriate.”

“The-Dream’s” attorney didn’t dispute the statement at the time of the settlement discussions but did state, “I’d like the record to reflect that my client enters into this agreement freely and voluntarily. However, he enters into this agreement against the advice of counsel.”

Christina Milian had to write a big settlement check to a man who got bitten by her dog. Christina was sued by a neighbor, Leo Skolion, who said Milian’s dog got loose back in 2008 and bit a large amount of him from the back of his arm. Chrisitna agreed to pay over a $55,000 settlement to Skolion.  You gotta be responsible for ya pooch.  I love dogs.  They love you no matter what.

Christina Milian‘s 81-year-old neighbor claims he was mauled by one of her dogs back in 2008 — and now the man wants Christina to pay for the canine’s alleged brutality.

Leo Skolion filed a lawsuit against Christina and family earlier this month in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming the family’s negligence lead to the attack that left him with “severe personal injuries.”

Leo tells TMZ it all started in October of ’08, when Christina’s home had “flooding problems” which caused a gate between their properties to become damaged.

Leo says he went over to speak to the family about repairing the gate when one of their dogs escaped … then attacked him from behind and bit “a huge chunk” out of the back of his arm.

The 81-year-old claims it took 19 stitches and 9 months of rehabilitation to get back to normal — and that he still has to receive psychiatric help for fear and depression.

Leo is suing Christina — real name Christine Flores — her mother Carmen and her sister Danielle for an undetermined amount.

In addition to owing Millian a one-time cash Settlement of $4 million, The-Dream will be turning over an additional $5,000 a month to his ex wife to pay for child support for Violet for the next 18 years.  She can really do somethings with that if she manages the money correctly.
In exchange, Christina has a hush provision where she can never utter a word about the relationship.  I’m not quite sure what’s so private at this point.  The jig was up when those pictures and then that email emerged HERE I saw the email on another blog where Christina confronted the ex-friend/mistress/assistant.

Oh well, a beautiful baby emerged form this union nonetheless.

Christina showed fans she has not been sitting around sulking about her marriage woes.  She’s actually been a busy lil bee.  The trooper strutted her stuff in a leopard print leotard and performed a song produced by the estranged husband The Dream and her older banger “Dip it Low.”  I’m glad to see she’s moving right along.
