This reminds me of the Dave Chapelle skit where he thought he got Oprah pregnant.

Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry were back in court again Thursday as the Canadian born model attempts to increase his child support payments from the mother of his child, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

A source says that Aubry is looking to “substantially increase” the monthly payments he receives from Berry, even though the former couple shares custody of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla.

Unfortunately for Aubry he did not get the chance to have his case heard as the judge granted a continuance.

The former couple split in 2010 after five years together and have been engaged in a bitter dispute over Nahla ever since.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Berry is keen to relocate to France with her new fiancé Olivier Martinez and Nahla, something Aubry is vehemently opposed to.

I can’t blame him fighting to keep Nahla here.  His other alternative would be to move there with them.  This whole thing is just a big mess.

As you may know Halle was asked if she would take on the role, but Halle declined. Halle exclaimed that she declined because she can’t sing. Wendy suggests Jennifer Hudson and I have to agree. She is totally not feeling Queen Latifah for the role. Below is a visual of how she feels and her plug at getting funding. Ms. Aretha is not to be played with; the epitome of a Diva.

Contrary to all that the Daily Mail says the following:

‘Halle Berry is back in the game,’ the 69-year-old singer told Macleans magazine.

‘I just saw her at the curtain of Oprah’s farewell event and she let me know that she still wants to play the role.’

I’m thinking Jennifer rocked it best tonight.  The Versace red gown stunned the most.

Aretha sent a telegram to Wendy Williams to respond to Halle turning down the movie role where Aretha wanted Halle to play her.  The way Wendy was acting I thought.  Aretha was gonna go in, but no.  She merely said something to the effect that she wished she would reconsider.

I must say that Wendy had some good ideas.  I never thought of Taraji or Queen Latifah, but Jennifer would be my ideal choice.  She would be able to do it all.

Halle Berry received a nom for Best Actress (Drama) for ‘Frankie and Alice’.  Idris Elba recieved a nom for Best Performance by an Actor in a  Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for ‘Luther’.  Kudos and good luck to them both.

Halle will have plenty of happy memories on film.  She always has that camera in her hand.

It’s pics like these that are prompting rumors of a reconciliation.  I could care less if they’re not together.  The fact that they’re getting along this well is a wonderful look and Nahla is having a wonderful time.  More parents should opt to go this direction.  Clearly they’re putting Nahla first and they’re happy to do so.  Take notes people.

Side note: Nahla is a gorgeous little girl. I wonder if Halle will ever put here into the modeling business.  She does have two parents that are models.

Little Nahla saddled up for her first ever pony ride and the Halle was on hand to record the moment.  Nahla was strapped in with a harness and looked really focused.  Halle looked so proud and happy as she waved and snapped pictures.They were both in casual jeans for the outing.  They spent some time apart over the weekend while Nahla was her dad, Gabriel Aubrey.

It’s nice to see them working things out so well. You thoughts?

Looks like Miami was on and Popping this weekend.  The Best of the Best is still going on too.  Nahla was reportedly hanging out with her dad Aubrey.  They seem to be working things out amicably.  May have been different if they had been married.  Just a thought.  Peep the picks of Halle relaxing on the beach with a friend.
