VH1′s New Reality Show “Hollywood Exes” with Will Smith, Prince, Jose Canseco, R. Kelly and Eddie Murphy’s Exes
The rumors and the talks are over. VH1 has officially announced a new reality show called Hollywood Exes. The show will focus on five ex wives of the Hollywood men we are familiar with one way or another. Pics of the ladies are after the rip.

The series will star Nicole Murphy (ex wife of Eddie Murphy – 13 years), Jessica Canseco (ex wife of Jose Canseco – 4 years), Sheree Fletcher (ex wife of Will Smith – 3 years), Mayte Garcia (ex wife of Prince – 3 years), and Andrea Kelly (ex wife of R. Kelly – 12 years). “Hollywood Exes” will premiere in the summer of 2012 with 10, one-hour episodes.
Hollywood ex-wives are part of an exclusive sorority whose members’ lives seem to mirror that of a modern day Cinderella fairytale. But all the fame and fortune of marrying a celebrity may seem fun and glamorous at first, but it often comes with a price tag. Living in the shadow of your very famous husband can take its toll on your psyche when you feel second to his career.
These five women, who have all been friends for years and in some cases for as long as 20 years, want to show the world they are more than just a trophy wife with a pretty face. They want to establish themselves as independent, successful women and bring relevance and honor to themselves separate from their very famous exes…even if there is a little drama along the way.
“These extraordinarily strong women adjusted to and endured a lot while their ex-spouses won fame and fortune defining pop culture for that moment,” said Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President, Original Programming & Production, VH1. “Now these women must re-invent themselves again, stepping out of the long shadows cast by their famous husbands and supporting each other as they define the next stage of their lives – this time on their own terms.”

Prince to Perform in Montreal

He looks like he smells so good. Doesn’t he?
His purple highness is taking his funky act to Montreal next month for the city’s annual International Jazz Festival.
But, he wasn’t even on the bill until he asked at the last minute if he could play two late-night shows next weekend. Of course, anyone would be a fool to turn him down, and thus, he’ll play on June 24 and 25 at 11:30 p.m.
And, he’s asked that the 2,000-seat Metropolis be transformed into a giant dancefloor for the shows. Tickets for his surprise gigs go on sale tomorrow at noon, and will surely sell out fast.
Prince will just miss an appearance by that other prince — you know, William, the Duke of Cambridge, who will be in Montreal with his wife Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge on July 2. The jazz fest runs through July 4.
Taking Pictures at Prince’s Concerts is Strictly Prohibited……..
I promise that if I ever get the chance to see that man in concert all rules will be strictly followed by yours truly.
Anyways, David Arquette was kicked out of Prince’s concert for taking pics with his camera phone. Not by your majesty himself, but by his security. Probably the same one’s that initially banned Whitney. We will probably hear that Prince invited him to another concert and invited him on stage in a few days. Prince does not like bad press. Here’s how the deed went down:
David explained that he still didn’t understand why he was kicked to the curb, since Prince personally told fans they could record sections of the show.
“Prince was like, ‘Alright, I’m about to play my hits, so get out your phones.’ I didn’t take any more pictures, but the kid next to me was taking pictures and I still had my phone in my hand,” WENN quotes Arquette as saying.
“Security came to take this kid away and they said, ‘You gotta get rid of all those pictures on your phone.’ I said, ‘Prince just said we could take the pictures.’ And so I got kicked out of the Prince show [too].”

Claims That Whitney Houston Was Banned From Prince Concerts Are Bogus
Apparently, Prince had no idea Whitney Houston had been blacklisted from his concerts. Prince has now put out world that “she’s always welcome 4 all of eternity.” It had been confirmed by TMZ that the ban was indeed true, but it did not come from Prince himself. “Someone could have taken it upon themselves to say Whitney was banned … but it did not come from Prince.” “Whoever decided Whitney was banned did not have the authority to do so.” Prince invited Whitney to hang out backstage during one of his L.A. shows.
