Any way, Earlier today, the Chirs tweeted a Happy Birthday message to Rihanna. When she asked who wanted some “cake”, Chris responded: “Cake, cake cake!” and posted a link to a remix of ‘Birthday Cake’ on ZShare.

 Rihanna hired artist Claire Milner to make a custom Swarovski crystal portrait of Marilyn Monroe. What’s something like that cost you ask?  Well, Rihanna reportedly shelled out $100,000 for the stunner.  The portrait is 5ft high, is made of 65,000 crystals and it took four months to make.  The artists says that the portrait throws many hues of light through out the room.  The portrait will be delivered to her Beverly Hills Mansion.  Forever keeping it funky, Rihanna is rumored to have a gun chandelier in her living room.  Wompity!!

Rihanna’s no holds bard fashion sense has kept most intrigued for some time now.  So it’s really no surprise that Rihanna has chosen to wear the hat of executive producer of the fashion reality television show called Sky Living HD.  What’s is the premise you ask?  Well, the show will search the UK for undiscovered fashion designers.

Rihanna and singer, Nicola Roberts will challenge for designers for a 10 week period.  The  designers will be designing outfits for various celebrities and musicians. The final task will have the designers making a stage costume for Rihanna’s Wireless performance in London’s Hyde Park in July 2012.

As part of her producing duties, Rihanna will supervise the fashion show’s casting as well as editing in post-production.  The show sounds a lot like the US version of Project Runway, but with a different spin. It doesn’t mention if she’ll be limiting her duties to strictly behind the scenes or if she’ll be playing duo roles as a cast member as well.  The yet-to-be-titled series is slated to premiere on Sky Living HD next summer.

Rihanna, said the following in statement:

“I’ve always had a great love of fashion. It’s a constant source of inspiration in my life, and is a big reason why I’ve grown into the person and artist I am today,” the pop diva said. “I have been very fortunate to work with some truly amazing designers and stylists throughout my career, and they have been instrumental in making sure my creative vision reaches the stage. I am excited to follow the journey of our aspiring contestants and see how their individuality influences their efforts during the course of the show.”

Chris Browns’ reps responded to allegations that he and Rihanna are hooking up.  The rumors just wont rest and they maybe getting in the way of his relationship with Karrueche.  Chris has decided to respond to the allegations that the two are secretly meeting up behind Karrueche’s back.

It’s been three  since Chris Brown  and  Rihanna broke up and the rumors are running rampant that the two have been hooking up for the past year. Chris’ rep has vehemently denied that there is any truth to the gossip. “He and Rihanna are just friends,” his rep tells ABC News. “He is with his girlfriend, Karrueche, and is not cheating.”

This contradicts a sources telling US Weekly that the two “meet up very casually”, saying “she comes to see him anytime she’s in L.A.” Other sources say that “they can’t get enough of each other. I don’t see it ending well.” Another source added, “Rihanna loves to live dangerously,  and talking to and hooking up with Chris is all part of that.”

Chris is speaking out against the report, instead of responding.  Good looking out rep or PR person.

Don’t mention it…….  You know I got y’all. Jay Z’s Roc Nation gifted Rihanna with a shiny new black Jeep Wrangler 4×4 wrapped with a huge red and gold bow.   I believe it’s a 2012 Rubicon.  That’s a $50,000 whip.  No word on the occasion just yet.  I don’t recall ever seeing this chicka driving.  Can she drive? Pretty swell gift all the same.

 

The 23-year old performer is in danger of being seriously over-worked on her 101 date world tour, with reports flooding in that her health is suffering. It has been reported that RiRi broke down backstage in Dublin in November, almost cancelling her show, so she’s been put under 24 hour health watch — meaning that she’ll be under constant surveillance and now has a curfew — in a bid to curtail her overwhelming exhaustion.

It’s no wonder the star has been run ragged. Her Loud tour, which has kept her on the road for the last ten months, hasn’t been the only thing taking up RiRi’s time: she’s appeared on The X Factor and The Grammy Awards Nominations concert; she’s been looking for love, blitzing the charts as well as releasing her newest album, Talk That Talk, mid-tour. All in all, it’s been a jammed packed year for the “We Found Love” singer. We hope RiRi gets a good night sleep soon, or at the very least, takes another relaxing vacation with the gals.

Rihanna released a statement saying, “I am sorry to everyone who was coming out to my show in Malmo [Sweden]. I was so excited to perform for you all.  It would have been a great time…so much better than being sick with the flu, ugh! I’m really disappointed I couldn’t be there.”  She also tweeted the above picture earlier.

Overall, she says she wants to see Brown do well.  “I would never wish anything horrible for him. Never. I never have,” she said.

I know she will be glad when folks stop asking about that.

Rihanna performed in Glasgow, Scotland last night.  Tired of people saying she isn’t the proper role model.  Rihanna took to her twitter to assert that she doesn’t want to be a role model.  She just wants to have fun……or something to that effect.  BTW, Rihanna gave one lucky fan an exclusive copy of her new album.  She states that the fan was the only one in the world to have one.  Wompity!!

Rihanna’s father had been hospitalized after coming down with a deadly tropical virus called dengue fever.  It’s a virus which kills thousands of people every year.   Ronald Fenty, 57,  is now recovering at home ,

The disease is transmitted by mosquitoes and ticks and while it is harmless for most people, some need to be treated intravenously for dehydration.

Ronald became sick right  after Rihanna came to visit the family in their native Barbados.  When Mr. Fenty  was rushed to hospital he was treated in a ward where a doctor, who is a friend of Rihanna, insisted he call her.

‘I called her and she was worried,’ he said in a statement.  Rihanna’s half sister Kandy has said that the family worry about Ronald’s health because he works six days a week making and selling clothes.

‘He works so hard, he’s a workaholic,’ she said. ‘But he likes to work.’  ‘He was bad. We were worried,’ she added of learning her father was suffering from the dangerous illness.  ’She said: “Daddy, what’s wrong with you?” I told her I’d be fine. I’m better now, the doctors just told me to take it easy for a few days and rest.’

 After reading about the disease, I found that it is similar to the flu.  The person suffers from high fevers and dehydration.  In the Barbados climate, this can be dangerous.  We are wishing him a speedy recovery.

Ms. Rihanna chose casual attire as she  headed out for dinner at Nozomi Restaurant in Beauchamp Place . After getting her grub on she headed back to her hotel, but was unable to get out of the car as she was mobbed by a melee of autograph hungry fans and papz.
