You may recall that Tameka Raymond made a motion in court to force Usher Raymond to pay the legal fees that she will accrue when she sues him for full custody of their children.  I know it sounds wild, but it is something that has been done. Although, I always thought the loser in the legal fight paid the legal fees.

Case in point; Terrence Howard.  He was just forced to pay $50,000 to pay is estranged wife’s bills that include her legal fees.  Different cases of course, but Terrence is definitely paying for his own azz whooping, and he’s just getting started.

Well, it’s no surprise that Usher made his motion to refuse to pay her legal fees.  Right now they are waiting on  a judge to decide if he should pay or not.

Usher says there is noooooooo way he is going to foot the bill so his ex-wife Tameka can pay for her legal battle against him … this according to new documents filed in their ongoing custody case.

As TMZ first reported, Tameka wants Usher to write a check for $50,000 to cover her costs as the two trade legal shots in their fight for custody of their two children.

Usher finds that request absurd… saying in court docs filed earlier this month that Tameka has consistently defied court orders and filed frivolous motions, like the one trying to force him to take a drug test.

Usher claims he’s already forked over 25k for her attorneys and has shouldered the brunt of the financial associated with this case, especially when it comes to their kids.

Bottom line … Usher feels Tameka’s actions “directly harm the best interests of the minor children. Clearly, such actions should not be tolerated, much less rewarded.”

A judge has yet to rule.

I know it may seem like I’m trying to railroad this lady, but I’m not.  I am just down for a brotha that loves his kids unconditionally; supports them financially; and spends quality time with them without being asked to do so.  There are so many people who would love that for their kids.  IDK, I just don’t get it.

Usher‘s ex-wife Tameka Raymond is asking the singer to kick his own azz  in court by handing over $50,000 to cover her legal obligations she’s made to strip him of custody of her two boys and IMO, up her child support payments.

Tameka Raymond filed documents in Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia requesting that a judge order to pay her legal costs in the court case against Usher.  Yes Tameka wants Usher to pay her $15,000 to cover her expensive lawyer fees and an additional $35,000 for other costs.

An order like would be a slap in the face.  The cost even include the private investigator she hired to get dirt on Usher.  Of all the disrespectful things……….

Tameka claims she’s entitled to the money because of the vast disparity in income between her and her ex — a disparity that puts her at a disadvantage while she’s trying to build her case.  In other words, Tameka doesn’t feel that it’s fair that Usher makes more money than she does and it prevents her from suing him properly.

Tameka has been trying to get full custody of the ex-couple’s two kids since December — when she asked a judge to strip Usher of joint custody, citing a laundry list of reasons … including canceling her Saks 5th Avenue credit card.

Tameka Raymond has waged a legal war against Usher and she wants to take away his kids.  She claims that Usher has repeatedly reneged on his legal obligations as a co-parent.  What added to her strife was the fact that he closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card.  She claims that he said he would not close the account.  I sure hope this isn’t the sole reason why she went there.  What can she be buying from Saks for the kids?  Anywhoz….

Tameka Raymond  filed court papers in Georgia and asked a judge to take away Usher’s privileges of joint physical custody of their children immediately.  This could happen as soon as tomorrow since they have a court appearance to address these issues.
According to the court documents Tameka has several claims stacked up against Usher and the claims are as follows:

– He repeatedly failed to obtain her permission to travel outside the state with the kids.

– get her approval before hiring nannies.

– give her first shot to watch the kids when he’s away for more than 8 hours.

– allow her to take the kids for 2-weeks in the summer of 2011.

– let her have custody of the kids during Christmas break 2010.

–Has no paid the $5000 a month for a nanny.  He now owes $34,000.

–Last, but not least she wants more money in child support, because his income has increased a great deal recently.

Sounds like Ush has some splainin’ to do, but stripping his custody privileges are a bit harsh.  He is does appear to be a good father.  He probably just needs a good tongue lashing from the judge.  We should hear a lot more tomorrow after their court hearing. This Raymond vs Raymond for real this time.

Update: Tameka’s attorneys reached out to YBF to make clarification.  Apparently, Usher started this legal war by allegedly lying on Tameka to gain more custody time.  Go to YBF for more info.

I’m sitting here at a total loss for words….

TMZ was approached several days ago by someone claiming to have the sex tape. The person sent us a short video and two photos. We’ll keep this PG-13 and just say … the people in the video are both givers.

The video and photos are clear — it’s Usher and Tameka.  Sources close to Usher — without specifically admitting the existence of a sex tape — tell us they believe this video could have been among the things Usher had stolen out of his car back in December 2009. Usher reported more than $1,000,000 worth of jewelry and electronics taken — including two laptop computers.

A rep for Usher had no comment. Attempts to contact a rep for Foster were unsuccessful.

 

D*mn Usher.  In Forest Gump’s voice, that’s all I have to say about that.

Her name is Donnetia Rabb and she wants to apologize again.   The poor thing is still feeling really bad about the mishap.

After nearly injuring Usher onstage during his December 13th, Madison Square Garden concert, 35-year-old Donnetia tells UsMagazine.com that she “never intended to kick him in the face, much less draw attention to such a mishap during the evening of an amazing performance.”  In case you missed the infamous kick seen HERE

Usher reportedly joked  that “he got a kick out of it,” Donnetia hopes that Usher will accept her apology.

“I would like to extend my sincerest apology to you and all of your fans. The concert was one of the most enjoyable and entertaining that I have ever attended,” the New Jersey resident says. “I do hope that my over excited, once in a lifetime moment did not leave you with any marks or even as much as a headache.”

To prove herself she hopes to publicly present the pop star with an apology gift before the next leg of his tour.

Usher seems like a sweetheart.  I’m sure  it will go without a hitch.  Hey, good luck on all of that girl and watch out for Tameka.  She’s out there you know.

Calm down, he’s cool and it was an accident.  Usher played it off like he liked it……what a freak…… lmbo.

He brought a fan on staged to serenade and when she tried to get comfortable,  she accidentally kicked kicked his fine arse in the face.  It happens around the 5:30 mark.  He went on to say, “”We play rough in the bed … We kick each other in the face and all that good stuff.”  He’s so sweet.

SMH………….Tameka was wrong for goin’ at that girl like that.  She has no choke hold on Usher’s junk. (pun intended)  Hell, maybe she does.  I’m glad Kandi put the breaks on the madness before it got more over the top.  IDK, I got the vibe that Tameka was ready for a physical fight………….SMH

I shole would like to be there if they cross paths.  I’m not messy, I just like to watch mess.  No really.

Kandi can’t help her honesty and her free spirit…… I like the girl.

It looks like it was a hot concert.  These guys sound nice live.  Usher looked like he gave a great dance performance too.

More than 75 stars met Monday to re-record the 1985 charity anthem “We are the World” in the same Hollywood recording studio where the original was cut 25 years ago.

Pink, Celine Dion, Natalie Cole, the Jonas Brothers, Kanye West, Tony Bennett, Jennifer Hudson, Akon and other musical luminaries stood shoulder to shoulder on risers at Henson Recording studios, singing their hearts out and hoping to help Haiti.

At one point during the session, the musicians broke out into an acappella version of the pop classic “Lean on Me.”

True to her diva reputation, Barbara Streisand recorded her solo over and over, completely absorbed in the recording process and stopping only to correct her pitch. Lil’ Wayne was told he would do Bob Dylan’s part in the original song.

“He said, ‘Are you kidding?’” he said. He felt blessed to record the song but admitted, “I don’t know how to sing.”

Asked how the earthquake had affected him, he said he had Haitian friends in Miami who lost relatives in the disaster.

“I think it’s amazing what’s been done for Haiti, but I think it’s amazing what hasn’t been done for New Orleans,” said the Crescent City native.

Quincy Jones, who produced the 1985 anthem, announced last week that he planned to redo the song to benefit recovery from the deadly Jan. 12 earthquake in Port-au-Prince.

Written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie, the original “We Are the World” thundered up the charts when it was released on the radio and in record stores in March 1985.

An unprecedented number of top pop musicians gathered at A&M the night of Jan. 28, 1985, following the American Music Awards, to record the tune. The song featured 45 American superstars, including Michael Jackson, Lionel Richie, Stevie Wonder, Tina Turner, Ray Charles, Bruce Springsteen, Diana Ross, Bob Dylan and Cyndi Lauper. None of the original performers returned for the re-record. The 1985 record raised more than $30 million for USA for Africa, a nonprofit organization founded by the singers to fund hunger relief in African nations.
